Regulation

The regulations are as follows:

• Private skiing and snowboarding lessons are understood to be 55 minutes.
• Lessons must be paid for before the lesson takes place.
• Insurance is not included in the lesson hour. We recommend supplementing this during the purchase of the ski pass.
• In the case of private lessons with the requested instructor, the secretariat reserves the right to change to another instructor for special reasons.
• All group courses are activated with a minimum of 4 participants. In the event of low attendance or a decrease in participants during the week, the hours of the group course will be reduced or it will not be activated.
• All weekly courses start on Mondays and possible inclusion on other days of the week can only be arranged on site directly with the secretary, who will assess availability and skiing level.
• Lessons, both private and group, are held in all weather conditions and failure to attend will result in the loss of the lesson day.
• Student absence: the group course is sold on a weekly package basis. If the student does not show up for the appointment with the teacher, the day will neither be refunded nor converted into another type of lesson.
• In the case of lessons with minors, a parent or guardian must arrive 5 minutes before the end of the lesson. In the event of a delay, the instructor reserves the right to accompany the pupil to the school office.
• Ski schools do not fall into the category of amateur sports associations indicated in Article 90, paragraph 17 et seq. of Law 289/2002. Lessons given to children between 5 and 18 years of age do not entitle them to the tax deduction referred to in Article 15 paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 917/86.

Cancellation

Early cancellation: it is possible to cancel lessons by notifying the ski school office only by email to info@scuolascibondonetrento.it, by 4 p.m. on the day before the start of lessons.

Cancellation on the day: in the event of cancellation on the day or after 4 p.m. on the day before, the lesson will only be refunded if resold.

Cancellation of a course already started: the unused course fee will be refunded from the day after the cancellation due to accident/illness, subject to notification to the ski school office and presentation of the medical certificate.

Refunds for private lessons are made in cases of accident or illness from the day after presentation of the medical certificate issued by a local doctor.
The management reserves the right, depending on the case, to determine the method of reimbursement.
